Hi:

I'm a noob here. And my English is very poor too~

Does anyone ever use "Trimmed" NURBS surface in Maya 2011 with BlastCode 1.7 Trial version?
It crushed every time when I create slab object ......

My step is :

1.create NURBS plane with 10X10 WL & 10X10 UV patches
2.create a circle above the plane
3.project curve on surface
4.delete history(sometimes didn't)
5.select plane and trim it
6.create BC Control Source
7.add Explosive
8.create Slab
then ...... crush >..<

I'd be appreciate if anyone could give any advice here...

Thanks a lot!

Mike

it crush every time you try to make a slab form a surfance that has hole in it . it seems like blast code has problem with such surfances ... the way i ve over steped this problem is that ive made two planes , cut only half of the circle on side of each one put them together so it looks like there is a hole in one surfance , and aded two control surf and two slabs ... it works in terms of of technic but i dont know if that gonna work for your specyfic demolition .
all the best mate - if you find a way to overcome this "bug" ( im guessing it is a bug for now but maybe something that we overlooked ) let me know please.
