Hi there does anyone know what kind of settings I need to use to achieve an aircraft crashing into the a field.
I am struggling to find the right settings for the job.
My aircraft doesn't seem to be rreacting with the collision plane (ground) the pieces just seem to fall through the floor.
And the I have a second collison setup for the ground that the aircraft hits and I cannot seem to get that 'meteor' type strike effect where the mud and grass pile up either side of the impact.
The magnitude, size and velocity settings don't seem to be working correctly for me, i'm not sure whether this is the right area to tweak?
And also alot of pieces seem to contnue flying off into the distance even though there is a gravity field in the scene and it is attached in the blastcode window.
Any help would be appreciated

Thx

Arvind!

Hi there I've tried lots of tweaking and managed to get the following look, but as you can see, I have no build up of rubble and debri on the sides and front of the impact. Instead all the pieces seem to have collected in a small pile in the middle of the slab?????
Also I have a lot of secondary debri flying out sideways into space, any ideas on settings here?

Thx

Arvind!

Any chance you could post a playblast of the animation so I can have a better look at what's going on?

I am having a similar issue that the primary debris does not pile up as I move the locator explosive it falls down. I have managed to get the secondary debris to collide with the primary debris, but no go on the primary debris.

PS. Regarding the secondary debris flying off onto space in the previous post, it may be that the damping setting is low?
